Adult and Career Education of Central Virginia (ACE) provides free adult education classes, specializing in English Language Acquisition, Literacy and Math Skills, College and Career Readiness, National External Diploma Program (NEDP), workforce preparation, and Integrated Education and Training. 

Classes are taught days and evenings to accommodate adult schedules. 

ACE classes are offered in five (5) local districts:

 Amherst County, Appomattox County, Bedford County, Campbell County, and the City of Lynchburg.
