Literacy and Math classes

The foundational literacy and math classes are also known as adult basic education classes. These classes target adults who would like to brush up on basic reading, writing, and mathematics. These skills are required in order to take basic computer skills or to advance to College and Career Readiness classes.

ACE also provides one-on-one tutoring for individuals who are not yet comfortable with attending a classroom setting but still would like to increase basic reading or English communication skills. To receive a tutor, please contact the local adult education center in your locality.
