NEW PROGRAM- Hospitality Management

CLASS STARTS: MARCH 13, 2023, 4-7PM Monday (4 weeks)

Hospitality Management Training is a program designed for the individual who desires a basic

understanding of hospitality management. Hospitality is the quality of receiving and treating guests

and strangers in a warm, friendly, and generous way.

Hospitality Management is all about putting the guest first and making them feel special, which is a

team effort. As a guest gets passed from the front desk to the concierge to room service, you, as a

part of the hospitality team, need to be united in creating a comfortable and seamless experience.

Hospitality management involves the direct application of sound management concepts and

practices in the areas of food, lodging and other hospitality-related businesses.

Upon completion of the program, the individual may seek a career as an entry-level employee in

the hospitality field including hotels, country clubs, restaurants, visitor centers, resorts, and

convention operations and reception.

This session will qualify for at least three (3) National credentials:

1. Front Desk Clerk 2. Room Attendant 3. Maintenance
