Learn customer service and hospitality skills that employers value. Offered approximately every other month beginning in July.

CompTIA Tech+

Interested in technology careers? This introductory certification course provides foundational IT knowledge and skills. Classes will be scheduled based on interest.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Train for an in-demand healthcare career through our partnership with Central Virginia Community College (CVCC). Dates will be announced soon.

Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Prepare to provide care and support for individuals in home and healthcare settings. PCA classes are typically offered multiple times throughout the year.

Behavioral Health Interpreter

For bilingual individuals interested in supporting communication in behavioral health settings. Participants must be fluent in English and another language.

ServSafe Food Safety Certification

Gain a nationally recognized credential for employment in restaurants, hospitality, and food service industries.

NCCER Introduction to Construction

Explore careers in the skilled trades while learning basic construction principles and workplace safety. The next cohort is anticipated for January 2027.

Kitchen Cook Training

Learn culinary and food preparation skills for careers in food service. Currently available in Bedford.

Maintenance Training

Develop practical maintenance and facility-related skills that can lead to employment opportunities in a variety of industries.

ParaPro (Teacher Assistant Preparation)

Interested in working in schools? Our ParaPro preparation program helps participants prepare for the ParaPro Assessment and careers as instructional assistants. Tentatively planned for January 2027.
